"Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each...

"This property is clearly not at its best during what we discovered only after we arrived as their "off-season." The restaurant was closed, even though we were told it would be open during the weekend. It was difficult to find anything fully open. Our thoughts about our stay were compounded by very cool, very wet, and very overcast weather conditions. We do not recommend visiting this area after mid-September!"

The underground parking is a complete nightmare the first time you drive into it - the words narrow and labyrinthine spring to mind. "La descripción del alojamiento coincide a la perfección. Hay que decir que pasamos menos frio del esperado, gracias a la chimenea y que llevábamos bastante leña, para la estancia. La única pega, que ya nos advertía la guía, era que no hay extractor y la cocina se llena de humo al cocinar, es un poco problema ya que hay q abrir las ventas y se escapa el calor. "We stayed here for one night. Parking was free outside hotel. We paid extra for a mountain view and it was totally worth it. We stayed in room 203. Huge room. High ceilings.
